On this episode of My Perfect Failure (To Fail is To Be Human) I’m joined by Ryan Eckert who is the Founder and Creator of PeakEnduranceSolutions which is dedicated to providing endurance athletes with a premier coaching service. Ryan is also the Author of his debut book Swim, Bike, Run, Happiness: My Journey to Overcoming Depression. 

Ryan has an MS Exercise and Wellness along with a host of Certificates including a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, USA Triathlon Certified Level I Coach, and an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Cancer Trainer, and numerous others.  Ryan is also an amateur triathlete with numerous accomplishments to date, including 2018 and 2019 Bartlett Lake Sprint Triathlon – 1st Place Overall and 2018 Project DM Extreme Triathlon (5th ever to finish the event).
